"Managing the subscription was way more annoying than it needed to be"
Trying to change my subscription was a hassle. You’d think it would be a simple click or two, but apparently not. I had to reach out to support, and they took their sweet time getting back to me. Not the end of the world, but definitely more frustrating than it should’ve been...

Not saying it’s a scam, but the delivery hasn’t been super consistent for me. One of my coffee orders showed up late, though most of the time it arrives fine. Overall, it’s okay, just not always as reliable as I’d like.

The order itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the shipping felt way too slow. I kept checking for updates and didn’t really get much clear info, so I was just sitting there waiting and wondering what was going on. Maybe I’m being picky, but for the price, I feel like it should’ve shown up faster. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, just kind of frustrating...

"Maybe it was just me, but the coffee tasted off"
I tried a box from victorallen.com and I don’t know, maybe my expectations were too high or my taste buds were having an off day, but it just didn’t taste good to me. It came across weak and kind of burnt at the same time, with not much real flavor. Mostly just flat, disappointing coffee. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Pods worked okay in my brewer"
Most of the pods worked fine in my machine, so I was able to use them without much trouble. A few didn’t fit quite right, though, so those were harder to brew.

"Not really worth it for me"
I ordered from victorallen.com thinking I was getting a decent deal but once shipping and everything got added it really didn’t feel that cheap. I’ve had grocery store coffee that cost less and tasted better.

The coffee was fine I guess but nothing that made me want to buy it again. Maybe other people like it more but for what I paid I expected something better. Just felt like poor value to me

"Box showed up totally smashed"
The box arrived all beat up and the packaging was ripped open. Coffee had spilled everywhere so it was a frustrating mess to deal with.

"Good selection, but I wanted a little more"
Victor Allen has a really decent mix of coffee pods and flavors, so it was easy to browse around. I liked that they had regular, decaf, and a few flavored options all in one spot, which made shopping feel super simple.

That said, the variety was kind of hit or miss for me. A few flavors seemed to be out of stock or just not available, and I really wish there were more sampler packs to try. It’s not bad at all, just felt average overall

"Got the wrong coffee"
I ordered one coffee and ended up getting something totally different. I get that mistakes happen, but it was still frustrating, and I’d expect at least an apology for the mix-up.

The coffee just didn’t taste fresh at all, like it had been sitting out for way too long. I didn’t even bother reaching out to customer service because I never really trust them to do much besides give a generic response

I tried placing an order, but the site kept losing everything in my cart. After having to add the same items over and over, I lost trust that the order would even go through correctly. Really frustrating experience

"Pretty consistent every time"
I’ve ordered a few times now, and the quality has been consistent each time. It’s nice knowing what to expect and not having to worry about it being hit or miss. Overall, it just feels reliable, and that makes me happy to keep coming back.

"They helped, but it took a bit"
Customer service did eventually get back to me, but it was slower than I was expecting. I had to dig through my emails and receipts to send over the details, and their first response felt generic. After I followed up, they gave me the actual answer and got the issue sorted out. Everyone was polite, so I can’t really complain too much, but it definitely wasn’t the fastest experience.
